Where do we deliver to?
We ship within Australia only.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to quarantine states (WA, NT and TAS) or overseas.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
When will I receive my order?
After your order is placed, your plants will be carefully prepared and packed. We ship weekly, usually on a Monday or Tuesday.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Payment can also be made via bank transfer or Paypal. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please call or email to place your order. You will then be sent an invoice with our bank details for payment.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online at the checkout.
Alternatively, they can also be emailed or phoned in and payment made via bank transfer or credit card over the phone.

What are the delivery costs?
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $19.95.
Pick up from nursery can be arranged.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us ASAP (preferably within 3 days of receipt of order), if your order is not what you expected or damaged.
Please send photos of any damaged plants.
How will my plants be packaged?
The plants will be supplied either with foliage in the warmer months or in a dormant state in winter if the plant is an herbaceous perennial.
For convenience of transport, in some instances, foliage may require trimming prior to posting.
The plants will be supplied in 50mm, 70mm or 100mm or 140mm pots.
Upon receipt, carefully remove from packaging and water asap.
